Due to the perishable nature of our premium salmon products, we cannot accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order. If your delivery arrives damaged or does not meet our high standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, immediately check your salmon for vacuum seal integrity and ensure it remains chilled to the touch.

    If there is any damage or quality concern, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label as evidence for our team.

    Email our customer service team at sales@highcountrysalmon.co.nz with your order number and the photos within 24 hours of delivery.

    Our team will review your claim and process a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
